summary
Bandstand was tasked to rebrand and relaunch an old office building in Victoria, London, with a fresh look and feel that would appeal to more creative tenants.
The office’s fit-out would offer flexibility to businesses of different types and sizes. Meaning we'd be speaking to a diverse range of companies.
Victoria had already undergone its own transformation story in recent years and our brand would be part of that narrative. We needed to turn heads, catch attention, and shift dated perceptions of the area and our building.
Our campaign utilised a mix of portraits and still life imagery, all shot on vibrant colourama. Each image would playfully be complemented with relevant messaging about close-by amenities and flexible working on offer.
Alongside the Head of Design, we managed the team to roll out the brand.
We used a playful type treatment and a primary colour palette. A framing device, which was inspired by the building's distinctive facade, was used to hold imagery and messaging.
We created a playful pre-let campaign, including a number of desk drops and disruptive on-floor ideas.
